Thermbus®? Aerofoam series is foamed by uniformly mixed special modified elastomers and nano-aerogel powder which is superlight and is developed with excellent thermal insulation, resilience and compressibility. It allows to be used in the thermal insulation applications requiring compression and cushioning. The thin series is recommended for consumer electronics, while the thick series is appropriate for automobiles, such as batteries and engines. The thinnest thickness reaches 0.2mm. The general thickness is available in 0.2mm, 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 8mm. All products operate effectively under temperature high to 300℃ in short term and high to 240℃ in long term.

Aerofoam Plus series is double sided laminated with composited fiber paper, which enhances its strength and high temperature resistance. It is especially suitable for automotive components, such batteries and electronics which requires more protection.
