Bastape® KA series tape is a high-quality polyimide film coated on one side with special pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive which provides excellent temperature resistance, chemical and moisture resistance, and high dielectric breakdown voltage. It’s soft and flexible with ease of processing and laminating without adhesive residue. Its acrylic adhesive coating effectively prevents silicon transfer problem. Moreover, the colloid part is specially formulated to be with good exhausting effect to greatly reduce the generation of foaming during the bonding process, and better protect the process.

Applications
It is widely used on circuit board assembly as a masking tape to shield high temperature and prevent from plating contamination, it is also used for high-temperature electrical applications, such as insulation for wrapping coils, bottom protection under high temperature in QFN Process.
